Corporate Business Manager/ Executive

Requirements:

Pre-Sales Technology Specialist

(Bandar Puteri Puchong)

Responsibilities:

You would be responsible in providing pre-sales activities and technical support on every sales cycle for Business Team to ensure every sales opportunity is effectively pursue and closed. The main Responsibilites include:

  • Requirement studies, site survey, information gathering
  • Preparation of proposal on technical section based on the requirements and objectives given.
  • Presentation of proposal

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Engineering(Computer/Telecommunication),Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • Preferance given if possessed industrial certification such as MCSE or/and CCNE/CCNP or any other equivalent certifications
  • Engineer with more than 5 years of experience with interest in building career as consultant and subsequently as solution architect are encouraged to apply
  • Good command in English, communication & presentation skill is required
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Customer Technical Engineer

(Based in Penang, Johor Bharu)

Requirements:

  • Responsible to market EBS products & AlphaCare Services to existing & new customers
  • Responsible in entire sales process from prospecting, site survey, system study, quotation/proposal preparation, presentation, closing, delivery monitoring, payment collection
  • Maximize Gross Profit Margin (GPM) on all new and current business and ensure GPM targets are achieved
  • To provide technical support via phone or attend onsite for product under warranty and for contract as well as non-contract customers.
  • Responsible in new installation for customer who have purchased the IT product and selected AlphaCare Professional Installation Service
  • To manage & implement simple network project comprises of server & Windows OS, tape backup drive. UPS, network switch, antivirus software etc.
  • To assist in projects implementation which lead by Project Engineer.
  • Able to work longer hours if requested.

Qualification:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Computer Engineering or Electronic/Electrical Engineering major in Data Communication or Advantage if possess industrial certification such as MCSE or/and CCNE/CCNP

Working Experience:

  • At least 2 years experience in IT support for PC, server, LAN products etc.

Job Knowledge / Skill:

  • Possess knowledge in storage, server and network technology
  • Equip with problem solving technique and customer handling skill
  • Good knowledge In various version of Microsoft OS e.g. Windows NT / 2000 / XP and Vista; Networking technologies.

Customer Technical Engineer

(Bandar Puteri Puchong)

Responsibilities:

We want people who are keen to build a rewarding career in IT industry; You must be customer-oriented, friendly, polite and like to meet people; Your main tasks are to provide optimum and proactive after-sales support and operation meeting consistent & excellent customer service delivery; and provide professional installation service for customer who have purchased the IT product or/and services from Alphamatic Systems.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess Diploma / Degree in Electronic/Electrical major in Data Communication or Computer Engineering, Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in either JB/ Ipoh/ Penang/ Puchong(HQ).
  • Must possess own transport
  • Preference given if possessed industrial certification such as MCSE or/and CCNE/CCNP or any other equivalent certifications.
  • On-goingTrainings and certifications will be provided.

Business Partner Manager (PC Component Division)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing, supporting and servicing account.
  • Develop existing & prospective customers to meet Management target & goals.
  • Promote and market range of our agency products to customers providing excellent customer service, making appointments and after sales service.
  • Able to deal with customers independently and confidently.
  • Build high level rapport with customer to ensure long term partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year working experiences in sales IT.
  • Resourceful, result-driven, good discipline & highly motivated to meet sales target.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skill with a high level of creativity.
  • Posses own transportation and willing to travel.
  • Bachelor/ Diploma in Business Admin.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate new calls to generate interest and secure appointments or sales opportunities to Business Managers. 
  • Build rapport with customers and market the products through phone. 
  • Promote the products offers to existing and potential customers.
  • Developing prospective customer contact database.
  • Maintaining follow up procedure to customers.

Requirements:

  • Possess excellent communication and listening skill.
  • Energetic, polite and friendly manner.
  • Positive, passionate and not afraid rejection.
  • Enjoying working with customer and developing good relationship.

Qualification: 

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Admin

Working Experience:

  • At least 2 years experience in IT Product skill or Sales skill.

Product Manager

(PC Component Division - Bandar Puteri Puchong)

Responsibilities:

  • To oversea and manage the Business through out Malaysia.
  • Have to supervise, coordinate, hand-on to ensure Business continue to grow and good services to be rendered to our customers at all times.
  • To plan & develop the Distribution Business to meet Management target & goals
  • To deliver and to fulfill the Company Direction in developing the products.
  • To take charge the task assigned & ensure the good being profitability of the products.
  • To develop and execute strategies to the products.
  • To promote the product through interactions with customers.
  • To drive marketing efforts to support growth of product.

Qualification: 

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science

 

Working Experience:

  • At least 2 years experience in IT Product skill or Sales skill.
  • Experience in OEM hardware, components, peripherals and accessories distribution is advantages.

Job Knowledge/ Skill:

  • IT literate
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Account Executive / Assistant
(Selangor - Bandar Puteri Puchong)

Job Description:

  • Monitor Account Payable.
  • Check on Purchase Invoices & Purchase data entry.
  • Controlling & Monitoring on operations cost.
  • Control petty cash.
  • Preparation of Trade Finance application documents (local supplier).
  • Checking on commission & other claims for EBS &Technical unit.
  • Stock check & count.
  • Do full set of accounts.

Responsibility:

  • Fully in charge & responsible on all aspects of Finance & Accounting tasks for Alphamatic Group of Company.
  • Render reports as and when required by the Finance Manager.
